Potomac Shores Landbay 5 Sanitary Repairs

Dear Potomac Shores Residents, 

Please be advised that Core Contractors will be repairing two sanitary lines in Landbay 5, Sections 1 and 2.

Part 1: Woods Overlook Drive

Description: Core Contractors has been directed by Prince William County & Biddle Rev to repair a sanitary line on Woods Overlook Dr, between manholes B and B2. This scope of work will include digging down to the existing pipe, making the necessary repairs, and replacing any damaged curb and asphalt. This work will require access to the portion of Woods Overlook Dr pictured below to be temporarily blocked oF to public access. The work area on Woods Overlook Dr will remain blocked off during the duration of the pipe repair.

Dates:
5/18 – 5/22: Pipe Repair
5/29: Asphalt Repair

Part 2: Autumn Maple Leaf Drive

Description: Core Contractors has been directed by Prince William County & Biddle Rev to repair a sanitary line on Autumn Maple Leaf Dr, between manholes AL and AM. This scope of work will include digging down to the existing pipe, making the necessary repairs, and replacing any damaged curb and asphalt that happens in the process. This work will require access to the driveways of the homes listed below to have restricted access. 

Dates:
5/25 – 6/2: Pipe Repair, Curb Repair, Asphalt 

Work hours are 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Request for Community Support: Update

**Update: The May 27, 2026 hearing has been canceled and has been rescheduled to July 9, 2026, at 11:30 am.**

The Office of the Commonwealth’s Attorney, through the Victim Witness Assistance Program, has provided the following information:
 
For the most accurate and up-to-date information, I recommend reviewing the court’s website the day prior to each scheduled hearing or subscribing to receive case updates via the provided QR code provided below. 
 
Please note that courtroom assignments are typically finalized the day before each hearing.  Display monitors are located on each level, near the courtroom hallways, will indicate the assigned courtroom for each case.  
 
Additionally, one or more of the defendants are juveniles.  As a result, those proceedings are not open to the public, and little to no information may be available through the online case system.
