Good morning Potomac Shores residents,

We were informed yesterday afternoon, one of our Fitness Barn employees at Potomac Shores has tested positive for the novel coronavirus, also known as COVID-19.  The employee is currently in self-quarantine and has not worked at the facility since Monday, May 31^st.  The employee was socially distanced from residents, wore the appropriate face covering at all times and the facility was sanitized on Tuesday. We are sending this notification out of an abundance of caution.

If you were at the Fitness Barn on Thursday, May 27^th or Monday, May 31^st you may have been exposed to the virus. Please monitor your health and if you develop symptoms, please contact your health care provider for guidance.

Please know that we are following CDC guidelines and taking every precaution to keep our employees and residents safe.

Please know that the pools will be closed today due to inclement weather and low temperature. Pools will reopen as normal tomorrow. Thank you!
