Please be advised that some common areas within the community are irrigated with water from Powell’s Creek. The water may cause discoloration on unintended areas such as concrete and other surfaces. Please note that if you choose to place any property near irrigated areas you do so at your own risk. Many of the areas irrigated with water from Powell’s Creek are along Potomac River Blvd in front of homes. The Association is not liable for discoloration to your property. Water filtration options are being investigated.
