Community Open House
Join the developer on Monday, July 21st, for a Community Open House at the Potomac Shores Middle School Cafeteria, stop by any time between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM.
This meeting will introduce two new residential proposals within Potomac Shores. Please note these proposals will not exceed the community’s existing residential unit cap.
Consultants from BREV (legal, civil engineering, transportation, etc.) will be on hand to present the proposals and answer questions.

Policy Resolution #18: Multi Purpose Court Rules
Please be advised that the Board has adopted a new policy resolution: Policy Resolution #18: Multi Purpose Court Rules. Below are a few key rules stated on the resolution:
1. All residents are required to use their Access Badge to access the Multi-Purpose Court.
2. Access Badges must be readily available to be presented to the HOA staff and/or its authorized representative.
3. A maximum of 2 guests per household is permitted on the courts.

We’re dedicated to making Potomac Shores an enjoyable place for all residents! Starting Monday, July 14th, we’ll welcome a community security guard at the Shores Club amenities to help ensure the amenities are being enjoyed responsibly by everyone.

Independence Day Holiday Reminders – Friday, July 4th
The HOA office will be closed.
The Fitness Barn will be open 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
As we get ready to celebrate Independence Day, we’d like to offer a friendly reminder that, for the safety of both residents and property, the use and discharge of firecrackers and other fireworks are strictly prohibited within the Potomac Shores community.
We appreciate your cooperation in helping keep the community safe.
Please note that fireworks concerns are not handled by the Association. Enforcement falls under the jurisdiction of the Prince William County Police Department.
If you observe illegal fireworks use, have safety concerns, or experience noise disturbances, please contact local authorities directly at 703-792-6500.
An All-White Soiree
Saturday, July 12th, 7:00PM-10:00PM at the Social Barn Event Lawn
Join us for an evening of Live Jazz, Delicious Hors D’oeuvres, Refreshing Cocktails, and Great Company!
There will be an Open Bar, Crab Legs, Oysters, Shrimp, and more!
