Corporate Transparency Act (CTA) Disclosure:
Thank you for expressing interest in running for the Board of Directors. As a member of the Board, you would play a vital role in shaping our community’s future. It is important to be aware of certain legal responsibilities that come with this position, including compliance with the Corporate Transparency Act (CTA).

If elected, all Board members will be required to comply with the CTA, which mandates that businesses and certain other entities report beneficial ownership information to the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). As a Board member, you will need to provide personal information, such as your name, address, and identification details, as part of registering as a beneficial owner with FinCEN to comply with the CTA. You would be inputting your own personal information into the website platform so no other community members or management will have access to your information.

Please consider that this process and information access by the government is very similar to obtaining a Real ID for your local State drivers license and also sites such as TSA Pre, Global Entry and Clear which many people have already provided the similar information.

For more information about the CTA please visit https://www.fincen.gov/boi-faqs#C_10 .

Town Center Committee – Grocery Store Survey

Hi Neighbors!

As we enter autumn, the Town Center Committee is working closely with the developer and key community stakeholders, to continue to advance the vision for our town center. As part of that, the Town Center Committee has developed a grocery store survey to provide the Developer’s retail leasing agent with data, to better quantify grocery store demand in the community.

Please take 2 minutes to provide our committee feedback on your grocery store preferences for the town center. While this survey does not guarantee a grocery store in our town center, it will provide valuable data to enable the developer to pursue the grocers that are a good fit for our community. The survey will be open through the end of November 2024.

Thank you, and we look forward to seeing you at our next committee meeting!

Kenyon Wilker
Town Center Committee Chairman
