The Annual Meeting/Developer Update is scheduled for Wednesday, December 13, 2023 at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the Potomac Shores Middle School Auditorium located at 17851 Woods View Dr, Dumfries, VA 22026.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend! The Trails Committee is pleased to announce another Intro to the Trails Hike on Sunday, December 3 at 9am. If you have never been on our beautiful trails and want have a free guided introduction to them, this is the perfect opportunity.   

There will be two options. The longer option will be a 3 mile loop covering the entire Powell’s Creek Trail and circling back along Potomac River Blvd. On this hike, you’ll learn all four of the trailheads that access the existing trails. The shorter option will be approximately 1.5 miles and will allow participants to experience the trail without committing to walk it in its entirety. Both hikes will start at the trailhead on Potomac River Blvd., just off of Potomac Shores Parkway, where there is a large trailhead sign. Both hikes will visit the popular Dent Family Overlook. Let us know how many will be in your party, the ages of any children, your cell number, and whether you prefer the longer or shorter hike. We look forward to meeting you!
