As a reminder, the Potomac Shores HOA Annual Meeting / Developer Update will be in person tomorrow, December 14th at 6:00 PM at Covington-Harper Elementary School. 

The deadline to vote for the two (2) homeowner Board members ends tomorrow at 10:00 PM! 

How to Vote: Please see instructions and important information below.

• Voting online is quick and easy! You will receive an e-mail with a link that will take you to the voting site (or go to the voting site and enter your code.)
• If you do not receive the e-mail, you can go to the website: https://potomacshores.ivotehoa.com/register
• Your registration code is your seven-digit HOA account number (without the first two zeros).
• There is only one ballot per lot. If you own more than one lot, your ballot will be weighted. Each household is eligible to vote for two (2) candidates.
• All electronic votes are irrevocable, so owners who vote in advance of the meeting will not be able to change their vote.
• If you require a paper ballot to vote, please e-mail me at scruz@cmc-management.com
• Deadline for voting is 10:00 p.m. on December 14, 2022.
