The Front Porch – Fall 2021 Newsletter is now available!

Pulte Homes will finish painting the parking spaces and fire lanes in the townhome parking areas tomorrow, Thursday, October 14th.

This work will take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.   

Please DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLES IN THE PARKING SPACES as they may be towed at your expense if they are deemed to be in the way of the striping equipment.  You may park out on the street, however not in the fire lanes. You may also park in your garage or driveway while the work is being done.  Once the striping is completed in any given parking area, you may park there again.

This email is to serve as notification that Pulte Homes will be painting the parking spaces in the townhome parking areas  starting on Tuesday, October 12, 2021, through Thursday October 14, 2021, weather permitting. 

This work will take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.

You may also park in your garage or driveway while the work is being done.  Once the striping is completed in any given parking area, you may park there again.  We will complete this work as quickly as we can.   We anticipate that it will be a full 3 to 4 day process to paint everything.  We will be doing the Fire Lanes as well.
