PARKING SPACES AND FIRE LANE PAINTING

On Friday, December 4^th and Monday, December 7^th, the Ryan Homes parking lot sections in the Southern Neighborhood will be re-striped and yellow curbs repainted.

Signs will be posted throughout the sections.

Please park your vehicles in your garages and driveways during this time.

Any vehicles which impede the painting operations will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Thanksgiving Holiday
The Shores Club will be closed on Thursday, November 26th. The HOA office will be closed on Thursday, November 26th and Friday, November 27th.

Annual Meeting/Developer Update
The Annual Meeting and Developer Update will be held on Wednesday, December 9th at 6:00 PM over Zoom. We will send out an email with the zoom link next week! 

Adult Winter Dance Cancelled
The Adult Winter Dance scheduled for Saturday, December 5th is cancelled due to COVID-19/restrictions on gatherings. The Social Committee is working on a safe, socially distanced visit from Santa driving through the community in lieu of the original Icicles in Wonderland. This event will no longer be at the Social Barn. More info to come!

Social Barn Rentals
The Social Barn is still available for private rentals however the maximum occupancy is now 25 persons. Masks are required. Email Daiane at dstudzinski@cmc-management.com if you would like to reserve a date!
