Shores Club Closure Update

Dear Potomac Shores Residents,

As always, we continue to focus on the health and safety of our residents and staff members during this challenging time. In line with Governor Northam’s Executive Orders, the Social Barn and Fitness Barn will remain CLOSED until further notice. All classes, club meetings and committee meetings scheduled during this time are cancelled.

The HOA office will reopen starting Monday, June 1st. The HOA office will be open Monday to Thursday, 9am-5pm and Fridays 9am-2pm. Residents can come in for business needs by appointment only. We will be issuing access cards at the Fitness Barn by appointment only.

Please email potomacshoresdesk@gmail.com to make an appointment. We do ask that anyone coming into the office wear a face covering.

Please feel free to contact our staff for any questions via e-mail.

As a friendly reminder – with more people spending more time outdoors we have noticed an increase in litter along the sidewalks and around the community. When out walking with your family and your pets around the community and the trails, please remember to properly dispose of any trash and always pick up your pets waste. Pets should be on leashes while out to ensure the safety of all residents (and their pets). Please refrain from allowing your dog to urinate or defecate on other homeowner’s lawns. Residents do work hard to maintain a beautiful lawn!

We will continue to keep you updated. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time and stay safe!

SHORES CLUB EXTENDED CLOSURE

Dear Potomac Shores Residents,

As always, we continue to focus on the health and safety of our residents and staff members during this challenging time. In line with Governor Northam’s Executive Orders, we are proceeding with extending the closure of both the Social Barn and Fitness Barn.

The Social Barn and Fitness Barn will remain CLOSED until Thursday, May 28th. We are planning to reopen on Friday, May 29th, however that date may be extended. All classes, club meetings and committee meetings scheduled during that time are cancelled. We also plan to have a late pool opening in line with the Governor’s orders.

During this time, please feel free to contact our staff for any questions via e-mail.

As a friendly reminder, with more people spending more time outdoors we have noticed that there has been more trash than usual along the sidewalks and around the community. When out walking with your family and your pets, please remember to properly dispose of any trash and to pick up your pet’s waste. Please also make sure your pets are on a leash while out to ensure the safety of all residents.
