Dear Potomac Shores Residents,

Starting on Monday, April 20^th, Superior Paving is scheduled to final top the asphalt in Landbay 4 Section 1 and then the following week on River Heritage Blvd. All the streets affected in Landbay 4 Section 1 are highlighted red and River Heritage Blvd is highlighted in yellow on the picture below. During those two weeks, vehicles cannot be parked on the highlighted streets from 7am – 5pm during weekdays. Signs will also be posted throughout the sections. Any vehicles which impede the paving operations will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Red Mulberry Rd
Serviceberry Rd
Spotted Oak Rd

Yellow Streets:
River Heritage Blvd

The Communications Committee recently met, discussing the best way to get information to the Community in light of the Coronavirus/COVID-19 pandemic. We wanted to provide you with a list of National, State, and Local websites, contact information, and Community updates to ensure you had the most updated information at your fingertips. The following is not an all-encompassing list of resources, but are the main national, state, local and health resource contact information most widely disseminated.
In addition, due to the fact that we were unable to meet as a Community for our Quarterly Developer Update due to COVID-19 cancellation (March 17), our Developer has provided the originally-planned presentation slides until notice of further updates can be provided.
