Labor Day Holiday Reminders – Monday, September 1st

The HOA office will be closed.
The Fitness Barn will be open 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM.

Trash Collection: American Disposal will be operating on a normal schedule for trash and recycling collection during the Labor Day holiday. Please have your bins out by your regular collection time.

Monday, August 18th – Monday, September 1st:

Monday–Friday: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Saturday, Sunday & Labor Day: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Extended Weekend Hours:
Sept. 6th-7th: 12:00PM – 6:00PM
Sept. 13th-14th: 12:00PM – 6:00PM

INTRO TO THE TRAILS HIKE!

The Trails Committee is pleased to announce that the next Intro to the Trails hike will be on Saturday, October 11th at 9am. This is a great opportunity to learn about and enjoy Potomac Shores’ beautiful hiking trails.

There will be two options. The longer option will be a 3.5 mile loop covering the entire Powell’s Creek Trail and circling back along Potomac River Blvd. On this hike, you’ll learn all four of the trailheads that access the northern trails. The shorter option will be approximately 1.5 miles and will allow participants to experience the trail without committing to walk its entirety. Both hikes will start at the trailhead on Potomac River Blvd., just off of Potomac Shores Parkway, where there is a large trailhead sign. Both hikes will visit the popular Dent Family Overlook.
