The Potomac Shores 2018 Annual Meeting/Developer Update will convene promptly at 6:00 PM, on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Covington-Harper Elementary School Cafeteria located at 2500 River Heritage Blvd, Dumfries, VA 22026. The doors open, and registration begins at 5:45 PM.  All homeowners are encouraged to attend!

If you have a specific question you would like addressed at the meeting, please submit the information no later than Friday, November 30, 2018.  We want to ensure that they are included in the meeting package and we have the appropriate person/information to respond.  You may submit your question by e-mail to scruz@cmc-management.com.

Potomac Shores Ad-Hoc Town Center Development Meetings

Recently your Home Owners Association (HOA) Board appointed five residents to the Ad-Hoc Town Center (TC) Development Committee.  The TC Committee’s stated purpose is to serve, contribute and represent the community at large in providing input to SunCal on what the Potomac Shores (“PoSho”) Community’s understanding, collective desires, and expectations are as they relate to development and build out of the Town Center.

With that in mind the TC Committee would like to solicit and meet with community members – in neighborhood groupings – to garner your thoughts and insights about what you believe the Town Center should be.   Our intent is to have a short repeat presentation of the amended Town Center plan, followed by a Q&A session to capture your inputs/concerns, organized by neighborhood “clusters.”  Each of our five (5) TC Committee members will act as a representative for a cluster.

The TC Committee is inviting all interested residents living in the Point and Cove (cluster 1) to a meeting on Monday, November 26th.

All residents living in the Shores, Fairways and Overlook (2) are invited to a meeting on Thursday, November 29th.

All residents living in the Pulte Town Homes and all residents of the Crossing (3) are invited to a meeting on Monday, December 3rd.

All residents living in Brookfield Homes (4) are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, December 4th.

And finally, all residents living in the Ryan Homes off River Heritage Boulevard (5) are invited to a meeting on Tuesday, December 11th.

All meetings will be held at 7:00 p.m. in the community Social Barn.

The TC committee sees this as an important chance for us to gain insight to use in realizing the vision of Potomac Shores, but more importantly a great opportunity for each individual resident to let us, and SunCal, know what they really want our community to be.
