Heritage Landscape Service is the new landscape maintenance contractor for the Association as of January 1, 2017. Crews will be working in the community to prune and replace trees in the median strip in front of homes. The Residential Association is responsible for tree maintenance of the trees in the median strip between the road and the sidewalk in front of homes and in the community in areas that are not currently Developer maintained (part of River Heritage, all of Dunnington Place, the golf course and all new construction areas). The condition of all community trees were evaluated by a landscape professional and determined to be in good condition or need pruning, fertilizer, re-staking, or complete replacement. Crews will continue to work over the next several weeks to improve the quality of the trees included in their scope of work.

Due to popular demand we will extend the operating hours of the Fitness Barn until 9:30PM on Mondays and Thursday for a trial period through March 30th.

Owners are invited to attend a Developer update meeting March 14th, 2017 beginning at 6:00PM at Saint John Paul High School cafeteria.
