New Year’s Holiday Hours

Please note that the HOA office will close early at 2:00 PM on New Year’s Eve, December 31st.

The Shores Club and Fitness Barn will be closed all day on New Year’s Day, January 1st.

No Parking Signs along Dunnington Place

Please be advised that “No Parking” signs were installed at intersections along Dunnington Place, a private street. This action was taken in response to residents’ concerns about cars parking too close to the intersections, creating dangerous conditions for crossing, pulling out, and seeing oncoming traffic.

Please be mindful of these no parking signs. We will begin issuing citations for vehicles parked in violation, and those cars in violation may be subject to towing.

Thank you to everyone who attended the Annual Meeting last night and participated in the Board Member Election!

I am excited to announce and congratulate our newly elected homeowner Board of Directors members, Neville Welch and Kevin Curry, who will fill the two homeowner seats for a two-year term.

A heartfelt thank you to all our candidates—Blake, Booker, Le Nard, Maria, Michael, Sean, Steven, and Tony—for stepping forward and volunteering to the community.

A special thank you to Derek Gebelhardt for his four years of service on the HOA Board of Directors. Your hard work and dedication have made a lasting positive impact on the Potomac Shores community. Thank you for everything!
