As a reminder, the Fitness Barn gym will be closed starting this Monday, April 20th to Monday, April 27th for the replacement of the gym floor and a reconfiguration of the space.
We plan to reopen on Tuesday, April 28th. All classes and training sessions in the Fitness Barn are canceled during this closure. The massage room and smoothie bar will also be closed during this time. Thank you!

We’re thrilled to announce that the construction at the Fitness Barn is nearly complete, with final touches expected in the coming weeks!
Please be aware that while work is ongoing, there may be occasional noise disruptions due to construction activities.

UPDATE Final Paving – Land Bay 4-3 – Stanley Martin Single Family
IMPORTANT FINAL PAVING NOTICE
Dear Stanley Martin Single Family Homes Residents,
Please know Superior Paving is final asphalt paving today, April 10th until 6PM. They will then resume work Monday, April 13th – Tuesday, April 14th, weather permitting. Please refer to the highlighted red areas on the maps below.
Land Bay Section 4-3 (Stanley Martin Single Family Homes)
The impacted roads include Serviceberry Road, Marsh Pine Road, the end of Scarlet Pine Rd and a section of River Heritage Blvd.
Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the roadways and common area parking spaces during this time. Please note that access to and from your garages through the impacted roadways will be unavailable between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM during paving operations. Any vehicles obstructing paving operations will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Please be aware that Trash Pick-Up Service on Monday may be affected. American Disposal will make every effort to collect, but if paving operations prevent access, trash will be picked up on the next trash service date, April 16th.
We appreciate your cooperation and understanding. We will share any further updates from the Developer with the community as soon as they become available.

Prince William County invites you to attend a Community Noise Ordinance Town Hall on Thursday, April 16th at 6:00 PM at John F. Pattie Elementary School. This session is an opportunity to learn about proposed updates to the County’s noise regulations and how they may impact residents, businesses, and neighborhoods.
During this interactive discussion, attendees will receive an overview of current noise standards, proposed ordinance updates, and enforcement practices designed to protect public health, safety, and overall quality of life.
Featured speakers for the evening include Wade Hugh, Deputy County Executive; David Burghart, Assistant Chief for the Prince William County Police Department; and Truett Young of Stanley Martin Companies.
