Are you looking for a summer job or know anyone that is looking? Premier Aquatics is hiring lifeguards to work at our pools this summer.

They will be here this Saturday, May 8th from 12:30 – 1:30 PM outside of the Social/Fitness Barn to share more information on how to apply.

Potomac Shores Residents, 

Great News! The Board of Directors approved a plan to safely open the pools within the Virginia State Guidelines. The pools will open on Saturday, May 29, 2021!

Linked is a copy of the Policy Resolution 2021-2 for your review. The policy will allow for reservation slots for resident pool use only (no guests), requires all to sign a Covid-19 waiver to access the pool and maintain required distancing on the deck and in the pool. This resolution is a supplement to the Association’s regular pool rules and those rules remain in effect. The Association’s Pool Policy is posted here on the website under Resident Information.

The Sign-Up Genius pool reservation slot link will be e-mailed out through our email distribution list and posted here on the website by May 17th. If you are not on the email distribution list, please email dstudzinski@cmc-management.com.

Please know that Federal, State and local guidelines issue new guidelines and modify existing requirements on an ongoing basis. The Board will monitor and adjust the pool policy as necessary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this unique pool season.

Access Badge Reminders
All residents age 5 and older will need an access badge to enter the pool. There will not be 2021 stickers for pool passes. Staff will be reviewing and updating all badges for current owners who are in good standing with the Association. Please be sure to check your HOA account as access badges will be suspended if you are not in good standing with assessments.

If you are a new homeowner or need to update your household registration form or emergency contacts, please visit the Fitness Barn front desk during operating hours: Monday-Fridays 6:00 AM – 9:00 PM or Saturdays-Sundays 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM. Please bring your driver’s license with your Potomac Shores address or a valid photo ID and your HUD1 from your new home purchase. Lost access passes have a $25 replacement fee.

Lifeguards Needed
Premier Aquatics is actively recruiting lifeguards to work at the Potomac Shores pools. Due to VISA restrictions, they are not able to rely on international guards. As of today, 8 domestic lifeguards have been hired for the Potomac Shores pools. They need more! There is a Potomac Shores hiring event scheduled for Saturday, May 8^th at 12:30 at the Shores Club. Below is a flyer if you know of any neighbors or teens needing a summer job!
