Final Paving – Pulte Townhome Section – Starting next Monday, 8/2!
Dear Pulte Townhome Residents ONLY,
Starting next Monday, August 2nd, Superior Paving is scheduled to final top the asphalt on the streets and parking areas in the entire Pulte Townhome section. Please see the highlighted map below. The paving will take 5 days to complete. During this time, vehicles cannot be parked on the streets or in the parking areas from 7am – 6pm. Signs will also be posted throughout the sections.
Any vehicles which impede the paving operations will be towed to the Rec Center.
Once paving operations begin, residents will not have access to their garage from the street. After the asphalt goes down, residents can drive on it after three (3) hours.
We appreciate your cooperation and apologize for any inconvenience.

Pulte Townhome Ad-hoc Parking Committee – Volunteers Needed
Good afternoon Pulte Townhome Residents,
The Potomac Shores Residential Association Board of Directors is seeking volunteers to serve on the “Fairways Ridge Ad Hoc Traffic Mitigation and Parking Committee”.
The goal of the committee is to find an optimal solution for traffic mitigation and parking concerns for residents within the Fairways Ridge (Pulte Townhomes) neighborhood of Potomac Shores.
The committee objectives are to advise and assist the Board Of Directors (BOD): (1) in the development of parking policy and regulations for specifically for the Fairways Ridge neighborhood; (2) in researching on potential traffic calming measures (e.g. speed humps, entry control gates) specifically for the Fairways Ridge neighborhood; and (3) in obtaining “buy-in”, from the majority of homeowners of the Fairways Ridge neighborhood, on the proposed solutions.
In order to be considered for a position on this committee, you must be a homeowner within the Fairways Ridge neighborhood, and be in good standing with the Potomac Shores Residential Association.
