Sidewalk Snow Removal Reminders:
As a friendly reminder, VDOT and the HOA does not clear snow from sidewalks. Homeowners are encouraged to remove snow from the sidewalks directly in front of their homes. Thank you! 

Golf Course Reminders:
The golf course has noticed an increased in residence walking, with and without dogs on the golf course lately. The golf course is open and relatively busy. For the safety of everyone and protection of the turf, there is no walking or sledding permitted on the golf course. Thank you for your cooperation!

As a reminder, Election Night will be held virtually on Tuesday, February 9th at 6:00 PM to elect two homeowners to the Board of Directors.

Below is the zoom link to register to attend!

Each board candidate will be given 3-5 minutes to speak to the community members, then we will take a brief recess to allow you to vote online after hearing from all the candidates. Election results will be announced at 8:00 PM.

As a reminder, the Potomac Shores Residential Association will hold an election for two (2) homeowner seats on the Board of Directors.

The Election will be held virtually on February 9, 2021 at 6:00 PM.

How to Vote: You can now vote online! Please see instructions and important information below.

• Voting online is quick and easy! You will receive an e-mail with a link that will take you to the voting site (or go to the voting site and enter your code.)
• If you do not receive the e-mail, you can go to the website: https://potomacshores.ivotehoa.com/register
• Your registration code is your seven-digit HOA account number (without the first two zeros).
• There is only one ballot per lot. If you own more than one lot, your ballot will be weighted. Each household is eligible to vote for two (2) candidates.
• All electronic votes are irrevocable, so owners who vote in advance of the meeting will not be able to change their vote.

• Deadline for voting is 8:00 p.m. on February 9, 2021.
