CALL FOR CANDIDATES

Dear Potomac Shores Residential Association Homeowner:

As announced at the Annual Meeting/Developer Update last week, the Potomac Shores Residential Association will hold an election for two homeowner seats on the Board of Directors.

Homeowners interested in running for a position on the Board must be in good standing and complete and return the Candidate Statement Form below no later than Friday, January 8, 2021 in order to be included on the voting ballot. Additional nominations for write-in candidates may be made from the floor on Election Night.

The Election will be held virtually on February 9, 2021. Members will receive an election package shortly after the deadline for candidates, including information on the candidates, voting instructions and a proxy/mail-in ballot form. Members attending the Election Night will be able to vote at the meeting.
