Shores Club – Extended CLOSURE

Dear Potomac Shores Residents,

As always, we continue to focus on the health and safety of our residents and staff members during this challenging time. In line with Governor Northam’s Executive Order, we are proceeding with extending the closure of both the Social Barn and Fitness Barn.

We are also proceeding with the closure of our tot lots/playgrounds. With so many children currently out of school, this is understandably challenging. However, this may be one of our best options to try to limit the transmission of COVID-19; according to Prince William Neighborhood Services Division of the Department of Public Works.

The Social Barn and Fitness Barn will remain CLOSED until Thursday, April 23rd. We are planning to reopen on Friday, April 24th, however that date may be extended. All classes, club meetings and committee meetings scheduled during that time are cancelled. The Kentucky Derby event scheduled for May 2nd is also cancelled.

During this time, please feel free to contact our staff for any questions via e-mail.

We will continue to keep you updated. Thank you for your understanding during this challenging time and stay safe!
