| Dear Potomac Shores Homeowners,
The Potomac Shores Residential Association Board of Directors currently has a vacant seat for a homeowner member. The Board of Directors meet quarterly at 4:00 PM in the Social Barn. All volunteers must be members in good standing. In accordance with Article 3.3 (b) of the Bylaws, the Founder Members shall appoint the Board members until termination of the Founder Control Period. Interested homeowners should e-mail DStudzinski@cmc-management.com with a brief biography/statement of interest identifying qualifications, background and how you believe your appointment could help serve the community. Please include name, address, e-mail and phone number. All candidate statements are due by Monday, April 6th. The newly appointed board member will begin working with the existing Board in the task of running the affairs of the homeowner’s association.

SHORES CLUB CLOSED 3/18 – 4/1
As always, we are focused on the health and safety of our residents and staff members, in line with state and federal guidance, we are proceeding with the closure of both the Social Barn and Fitness Barn.
The Social Barn and Fitness Barn will be CLOSED beginning tomorrow, Wednesday, March 18th – Wednesday, April 1st. The facilities will reopen on Thursday, April 2nd. All classes, club meetings and committee meetings scheduled during that time are cancelled. The Easter Event scheduled for April 5th is also cancelled.

The quarterly Board of Directors Meeting scheduled for today, Tuesday, March 17th has been cancelled.
Zumba & Children’s Art Class Cancelled This Week
Dear Residents,
Zumba Class scheduled for tonight Monday, 3/16 at 7PM has been cancelled.
Children’s Art Classes regularly on Wednesdays at 5PM are cancelled until April 1st.
