Exciting Announcement!

The Potomac Shores Development Team would like to kick off the Memorial Weekend with a special announcement.

In consideration of the feedback received over the past year, both by way of the Resident Town Center Committee and directly from residents who have spoken at informational meetings and updates, the Development Team has re-engineered future development plans and found a suitable location where another recreation facility can (and will) be added.

The additional facility will be located within future Land Bay 5, which is in the southern half of the community, and is planned to include a full size 25 meter swimming pool, connected to a roughly 3,000 sf community building.  More details will be released as planning and design progresses.

Happy Memorial Weekend from the Potomac Shores Development Team!
