The primary responsibility of the Town Center Committee is to advise the Board of Directors and the developer, in a reasonable and productive manner, on matters relating to the Town Center that are of interest or importance to the residents of Potomac Shores, be they business, marketing, social, economic, civic, cultural and informational activities of the Association.

Homeowners interested should e-mail Sara Cruz at scruz@cmc-management.com with a brief statement of interest which includes name, address and phone number by October 16^th. 

The Board of Directors may give preference for committee membership to candidate experience in any of the following: government (municipal/county/state), land use/urban planning, real estate sales/development, civil/environmental engineering, real estate financing/brokerage, commercial/residential construction, transportation management, small business ownership, geographical mapping/information systems, statistical/operations analysis and other related fields.

All volunteers must be members in good standing and if more than nine respond, those selected will be in an attempt to achieve the broadest geographical coverage of the community.
