It was brought to Management’s attention that there was home who had a regulator fail and it caused a gas leak. Washington Gas advised the homeowner that the regulator handles the pressure of gas into the home and sometimes fails in colder temperatures. We would like to remind all residents if you smell gas to please immediately call Washington Gas at 703-750-1400 and/or the Fire Department investigate.

The Potomac Shores 2018 Annual Meeting/Developer Update will convene promptly at 6:00 PM, on Wednesday, December 5, 2018 at the Covington-Harper Elementary School Cafeteria located at 2500 River Heritage Blvd, Dumfries, VA 22026. The doors open, and registration begins at 5:45 PM. All homeowners are encouraged to attend!
If you have a specific question you would like addressed at the meeting, please submit the information no later than Friday, November 30, 2018.
