As a reminder, a Special Meeting was held on May 21, 2018 for the purpose of homeowners voting on whether to have the developer construct two tennis courts or provide the Association with a cash contribution of $150,000.00.
At that meeting, a majority of the homeowners voted to recess the meeting in order to continue gathering votes.
Below is an updated Power Point Presentation to include explanation about the changes to the amenities during the zoning amendment; adding a table comparing the amendment, a table comparing the amenity package from previous zoning, zoning amendment, to actual; and also added a site plan showing where the courts will be built. Please know the proposed location will be staked out by Tuesday, June 12th.

The next Special Meeting of the Potomac Shores membership will be held on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 6:30 PM at Covington-Harper Elementary Cafeteria located at 2500 River Heritage Blvd, Dumfries, VA 22026. All homeowners who have not had an opportunity to vote can do so at this meeting. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please vote via proxy card below.

The developers for the assisted living facility “The Delaney at Potomac Shores” will give a presentation on their proposal at a community meeting. The presentation is scheduled for Monday, June 18, 2018 at 6:30 PM at Covington-Harper Elementary Cafeteria located at 2500 River Heritage Blvd, Dumfries, VA 22026.
