Ad-Hoc Recreation Committee – Volunteers Needed!
As a reminder, back in June a community vote was held on whether to have the developer construct two tennis courts on association property or provide the association with a cash contribution of $150,000.00 to be used for recreational amenities. In the end, there were not enough resident votes in favor of the construction of tennis courts, so the developer has provided the association with $150,000.00.
The Board is seeking homeowner volunteers to serve on an ad-hoc committee to research ideas and seek resident input on recreational amenities to use the funds towards. If you are interested in being a member of this committee, please send an e-mail to Scruz@cmc-management.com with a brief statement of interest which includes name, address and phone number by October 5th.
All volunteers must be members in good standing and if more than five respond, those selected will be in an attempt to achieve the broadest geographical coverage of the community.
