Dear Potomac Shores Homeowners:

As a reminder there is a Special Meeting of the Potomac Shores membership scheduled for Monday, May 21, 2018 at 7:00 PM at Covington-Harper Elementary Cafeteria located at 2500 River Heritage Blvd, Dumfries, VA 22026. The purpose of this meeting is to vote on whether to have the developer construct two tennis courts or provide the Association with a cash contribution of $150,000.00.

All homeowners are encouraged to attend this meeting and vote. If you are unable to attend the meeting, please vote via the proxy card mailed to you. Below is a link to the power point presentation to review prior to the meeting.

Please know that immediately following the Special Meeting, there will be a Developer Update which will include the latest information on the town center and VRE.
