Due to the rain yesterday, LB9-2  (Pulte Townhomes) final paving is pushed back ONE DAY and will start tomorrow. 

No other sections are delayed at this time. 

Please be advised that the Association’s landscape company will be applying a weed control treatment to the common area turf beginning next Monday, 8/5 – Friday, 8/9. Please stay off the turf until it dries or up to 48 hours. Signs will be posted in the areas. Thank you for your cooperation!

Dear Potomac Shores Residents,

Superior Paving will begin final asphalt paving in three sections of our community starting next week. Please ensure that all vehicles are removed from the roadways during this time.

The paving schedule is as follows:
• Section 9-2 (Pulte Townhomes): August 5-6
• LB5 (Blue): August 6-8 (see exhibit below)
• LB5 (Yellow): August 7-16 (see exhibit below)
Dates are subject to change due to weather delays. etc.

Please be aware that any vehicles blocking the paving operations will be towed at the owner’s expense.

We appreciate your cooperation during this period. We will share any updates from the Developer with the community as soon as we receive them.
