IT’S NOT TO LATE TO REGISTER FOR THE MAY 11TH INTRO HIKE!
The Trails Committee is looking forward to hosting another of its popular Intro To The Trails hikes this coming Saturday, May 11th, at 9 am. If you have never been on our beautiful trails and want to have a free guided introduction to them, this is the perfect opportunity.
There will be two options. The longer option will be a 4 mile loop covering the entire Powell’s Creek Trail and circling back along Potomac River Blvd. On this hike, you’ll learn all four of the trailheads that access our northern trails. The shorter option will be approximately 1.5 miles and will allow participants to experience the trail without committing to walk its entirety. Both hikes will start at the trailhead on Potomac River Blvd., just off of Potomac Shores Parkway, where there is a large trailhead sign. Both hikes will visit the popular Dent Family Overlook. Let us know how many will be in your party, the ages of any children, your cell number, and whether you prefer the longer or shorter hike. We look forward to meeting you!
This hike is the perfect way to start Mother’s Day Weekend! The leaves are in, the trail is looking great, and the weather forecast is excellent!

Cinco de Mayo Cancelled

Pulte Homes Update
Dear Pulte Residents,
Please know that Pulte Homes is scheduled to start curb and gutter replacement beginning tomorrow in their townhome section (LandBay 9-2).
The curbs that will be replaced are spray painted and this project will take several weeks. Once they finish the townhome section, then they will move to the Pulte Single Family Homes in LandBay 5.
