Food Truck Night – Thursday, 7/27
Join us for Potomac Shores food truck night this Thursday, July 27 from 4pm to 8pm! Jays Eats is a Latin fusion food truck and the Inside Scoop will have ice cream! The food trucks will be located on Potomac Shores Pkwy near the neighborhood entrance. Please park at Covington- Harper elementary school. Pre-orders are not available this week.

Woods Rec Center Pool Opening, Tomorrow 7/22!
| Good afternoon Potomac Shores Residents, We are excited to announce that the new Woods Rec Center was issued final occupancy earlier today. The pool will open tomorrow at 10:00 AM! The new pool is located at 1740 Autumn Maple Leaf Drive. Please enter the lower portion of the building to access the pool. The upper level and lower level of the Woods Rec Center were designed to function completely independently. The clubhouse is on the upper level and is not open yet. We will send out a separate e-mail regarding the clubhouse space next week! Access badges and pool guest passes are all the same for the new pool. This means if you have a current Potomac Shores access badge, no further action is required on your part and your access badge will automatically give you access to the new pool. The same pool rules apply to the Woods Rec Center. The full copy of the pool rules can be found on the website at www.potomacshoresresidents.com. The hours of operation are below: Pool Hours Saturday, July 22, 2023 – Sunday, August 20, 2023 (Public Schools Closed) Monday through Friday 11:00AM – 8:00PM Saturday, Sunday 10:00AM – 8:00PM Monday, August 21, 2023 – Monday, September 4, 2023 (Public Schools in Session) Monday through Friday 4:00PM – 8:00PM Saturday, Sunday and Labor Day 10:00AM – 8:00PM Extended Weekends – September 9th -10th, and 16th -17th 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Finally, we ask for your patience as this is our first weekend with this brand-new facility. We expect there may be small matters that we will discover during operations and will work to make any necessary improvements!
