BOARD OF DIRECTORS CALL FOR CANDIDATES
 
The Potomac Shores Residential Association will have two open homeowner seats on the Board of Directors at the end of this year.

Homeowners interested in running for a position on the Board must be in good standing and complete and return the attached Candidate Statement Form no later than Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Additional nominations may be made from the floor on Election Night.

The Election will be held at the Annual Meeting on December 14, 2022. Members will receive an election package shortly after the deadline for candidates, including information on the candidates, voting instructions and a proxy/mail-in ballot form. Members attending the Election Night will be able to vote at the meeting.

Food Truck Night this Wednesday, Oct 26 from 5:30 to 8pm. The Divine Swine food truck will be serving BBQ. They will be located on Potomac Shores Pkwy, close to the entrance of the neighborhood. Please park at Covington- Harper ES parking lot. No pre orders this week so arrive early!

Please be aware that for safety reasons, a small section of the trails will be closed for a bridge repair project starting Monday, October 24^th on Powell’s Creek trail between Bland’s Farm Trail and Heritage Ridge Trail.

The attached map shows the approximate location of the closure.

The closure is expected to be a few weeks and we will send out a notification once the project is complete and this section has reopened.
