Good afternoon Pulte Townhome Residents,

There is a vacant seat on the “Fairways Ridge Ad Hoc Traffic Mitigation and Parking Committee”. 

The goal of the committee is to find an optimal solution for traffic mitigation and parking concerns for residents within the Fairways Ridge (Pulte Townhomes) neighborhood of Potomac Shores.

The committee objectives are to advise and assist the Board Of Directors (BOD): (1) in the development of parking policy and regulations for specifically for the Fairways Ridge neighborhood; (2) in researching on potential traffic calming measures (e.g. speed humps, entry control gates) specifically for the Fairways Ridge neighborhood; and (3) in obtaining “buy-in”, from the majority of homeowners of the Fairways Ridge neighborhood, on the proposed solutions. 

In order to be considered for a position on this committee, you must be a homeowner within the Fairways Ridge neighborhood, and be in good standing with the Potomac Shores Residential Association. Dear residents,

We are attempting Christmas tree collection this week, which will lead into the following week(s) also. Our crews are collecting what they can this week however, we are primarily focusing on trash and recycling collection. Any uncollected trees this week, will be collected the following two weeks with regular household trash collection.

The county landfill is open from 6am to 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturday from 8am to 5pm. There is no charge for Prince William County residents disposing of trees. Their address is 14811 Dumfries Road, Manassas, VA 20112.

Trash Collection: Unfinished Thursday trash pickup will be collected today, Friday, January 7th.

Recycling Collection: We will attempt to service unfinished recycling pickup on Saturday, January 8th.

If any material(s) are not collected by the close of business on Saturday, January 8th, we ask that you pull your items back to your home until services resume on your next regularly scheduled collection.
