Celebrating a Milestone? Share it in the upcoming PoSho newsletter!

Hello Potomac Shores Residents –

Whether your family just added a new little one or you’re retiring, we know there is always something to celebrate and we want to celebrate with you! If you have a milestone you’re celebrating, we’d like to share it in our upcoming community newsletter. You can share your milestone with us via https://bit.ly/PotomacShoresMilestones or you can e-mail your milestone directly to the Potomac Shores Communications Committee at communicationspotomacshores@gmail.com no later than Tuesday, March 1.

Examples of milestones include but are not limited to:

  • Wedding Anniversary
  • Birth Announcement
  • Graduations
  • Retirement
  • Resident Anniversary at Potomac Shores (5+ years in the community)
  • Remembrance (celebrating the life of a loved one who recently passed)

If you are sharing your milestone via e-mail, please share what you are celebrating and 2-4 short sentences about your milestone as you would like to see it published in the newsletter (please note that this may be edited as needed for formatting purposes).

Pulte Townhome Ad-hoc Parking Committee – OPEN SEAT

Good afternoon Pulte Townhome Residents,

There is a vacant seat on the “Fairways Ridge Ad Hoc Traffic Mitigation and Parking Committee”. 

The goal of the committee is to find an optimal solution for traffic mitigation and parking concerns for residents within the Fairways Ridge (Pulte Townhomes) neighborhood of Potomac Shores.

The committee objectives are to advise and assist the Board Of Directors (BOD): (1) in the development of parking policy and regulations for specifically for the Fairways Ridge neighborhood; (2) in researching on potential traffic calming measures (e.g. speed humps, entry control gates) specifically for the Fairways Ridge neighborhood; and (3) in obtaining “buy-in”, from the majority of homeowners of the Fairways Ridge neighborhood, on the proposed solutions. 

In order to be considered for a position on this committee, you must be a homeowner within the Fairways Ridge neighborhood, and be in good standing with the Potomac Shores Residential Association.
