Beazer Homes will begin final paving next week starting Monday, October 25th.

Day 1 – Monday, October 25th is highlighted in Red.
Day 2 – Tuesday, October 26th is highlighted in Blue.
There will limited access in/out of driveways during this timeframe from 7:00AM-5:00PM. We encourage you to park along Thoroughgood Dr as much as possible. The striping and curb painting will follow in a few days.

The Front Porch – Fall 2021 Newsletter is now available!
Pulte Homes will finish painting the parking spaces and fire lanes in the townhome parking areas tomorrow, Thursday, October 14th.
This work will take place between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm.
Please DO NOT PARK YOUR VEHICLES IN THE PARKING SPACES as they may be towed at your expense if they are deemed to be in the way of the striping equipment. You may park out on the street, however not in the fire lanes. You may also park in your garage or driveway while the work is being done. Once the striping is completed in any given parking area, you may park there again.
