Dear Potomac Shores Residents,
TSS is scheduled to begin painting the pavement markings for the remaining section of Drees Homes/Stanley Martin Townhomes in Land Bay 5 on Thursday, June 12th to Friday, June 13th from 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
The impacted roads include the end of Woods Overlook Drive, Moss Garden Road, Blue Spruce Street and Cherry Birch Street. See map below with the impacted roads marked in red.
Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the roadways and common area parking spaces during this time. Any vehicles obstructing operations will be towed at the owner’s expense.
We appreciate your cooperation and will share any updates from the Developer with the community as soon as they become available.
