Final Paving Notice – End of Drees Homes and Stanley Martin THs

Superior Paving is scheduled to begin the final asphalt paving of the remaining section of Drees Homes/Stanley Martin Townhomes in Land Bay 5 starting Monday, June 9th, weather permitting.

The impacted roads include the end of Woods Overlook Drive, Moss Garden Road, Blue Spruce Street and Cherry Birch Street.

Please ensure all vehicles are removed from the roadways and common area parking spaces during this time. Any vehicles obstructing paving operations will be towed at the owner’s expense.

We appreciate your cooperation and will share any updates from the Developer with the community as soon as they become available.

INTRO HIKE ON THE CHERRY HILL TRAIL JULY 12

The Trails Committee is happy to announce that the next intro hike will be held on Saturday, July 12 at 9:00 AM.  We’ll be doing a loop over the Cherry Hill Trail, and the North Pond Trail.

The hike is approximately three miles long and will begin at the large trailhead sign at the end of the parking lot past the Social Barn and the basketball courts.  We expect it to take between two and two and half hours.

Please know that the Cherry Hill Trail is more rugged than the original northern trails, with several steeper ups and downs. You must be in good physical condition to go on this hike. 

And while the main purpose of the hike is to introduce people to the trail, you are certainly welcome even if you’ve been on it before.
