This Sunday Residents are invited to the Social Barn for an afternoon of munching on some great food, gathering together as neighbors and watching the 2nd half of the Redskins game beginning at 2:00PM-5:00PM. The Redskins play the Vikings starting at 1:00PM. Please bring a dish to share and your own beverages. Come and enjoy another opportunity to visit with other Potomac Shores residents!

November 19th – Artistic Palate offered by Lorton Workhouse Art Center at the Social Barn at 6:30pm, cost is $80 per person (limit 10 people) for you to enjoy a culinary experience and art class with a chef and professional artist/instructor, register at https://reservations.workhousearts.org.

November 24th – Thanksgiving Fitness Barn closed (The Social Barn is open for residents to share a Holiday meal by RSVP only) RSVP to robinlegg3@yahoo.com. She will send you an invitation to RSVP.

December 4th – Holiday shopping at the Social Barn

December 10th – Resident Holiday Children’s party with a visit from Santa Claus

December 17th – Resident Holiday party for Adults with music, food and dancing

Eastern Elementary School Boundary Planning Committee

The objective of the committee is to develop the proposed boundary recommendation(s) that results from the opening of “Potomac Shores” Elementary School, Kilby Elementary School replacement, and additions at Belmont, Henderson and Neabsco Elementary Schools in 2017 for the School Board’s consideration.

Committee membership is limited. Selection preference will be given to local community members and parents/guardians who are directly impacted by the opening of the new elementary schools or additions, as well as to local leaders, such as PTO/PTA officers and school advisory council members.
