The Board of Directors would like to inform you of a special meeting scheduled for Thursday, May 1st at 4:00 PM via Zoom. The purpose of the meeting is to review the proposed gym expansion project.
 
All homeowners are welcome to attend, and a brief open forum specific to the project will be held.

Please be advised that Drees Homes (Land Bay 5, Section 2) will begin break-and-replace work on all concrete marked with a pink “X” starting this Wednesday, April 23.
