Board of Directors Election – Voting Opens Tomorrow

The Potomac Shores Residential Association will hold an election for two homeowner seats on the Board of Directors at the Annual Meeting on Wednesday, December 11, 2024, at 6:00 PM. The meeting will be held at Potomac Shores Middle School Auditorium, located at 17851 Woods View Drive, Dumfries, Virginia 22026.

How to Vote: Online Voting Opens Tomorrow! Please see the instructions and important information below:

  • Voting online is fast and simple! You’ll receive an email with a link that will direct you to the voting site (or you can go directly to the site and enter your code).
     
  • If you don’t receive the email, you can access the voting site at: https://potomacshores.ivotehoa.com/register.
     
  • Your registration code is your seven-digit HOA account number (omit the first two zeros).
     
  • One ballot per lot. If you own multiple lots, your ballot will be weighted accordingly. Each household can vote for two candidates.
     
  • Votes are final: Once submitted, electronic votes are irrevocable, so advance voters will not be able to change their selections.
     
  • Paper ballots are available: If needed, please email me at scruz@cmc-management.com to request one.
     
  • Voting deadline is 10:00 PM on December 11, 2024.

French Speaker’s Club October Meeting

Dear residents,

Please note that the French Speaker’s Club meeting in the Social Barn for today, October 23rd has been cancelled.

For this month, they club has organized a Trail & Talk activity (this Sunday, October 29th) in lieu of the gathering at the Social Barn

The meeting spot is at the first trailhead on Potomac River Blvd., just off of Potomac Shores Parkway.  There is a large trailhead sign there. A link to the location is below. 

Things you may want to bring/wear:  water, sturdy shoes or sneakers, layered clothing for warmth, a hat.
